2005 Greek Week Champions!


Alpha Delta Pi received a cumulative GPA of 3.5215 for the 2003-2004 Academic Year!  The highest GPA on campus! Good Job Sisters!

Recruitment Excellence-The Achievement in Recruitment Award recognizes those chapters who show evidence of change in programming and workshops that lead to improvement in the recruitment of new members.

Legacy-The Legacy Recognition Award is presented to chapters that pledged 50% or more of the Alpha Delta Pi legacies registered for formal recruitment on their respective campuses

Alpha Education Excellence-An annual award that recognizes chapters that show evidence of change in programming and implementation that led to progress in the education of the new members.

Total Membership Education Excellence-An annual award that recognizes chapters that show evidence of change in programming and implementation that led to progress in the education of the chapter membership.

Scholarship Achievement-An annual award given to chapters with a 3.0 GPA or higher during all grading periods for the calendar years of 2000 and 2001

Panhellenic Excellence-An annual award that honors chapters who have demonstrated Panhellenic support and involvement, and chapters who have excelled in exemplifying true Panhellenic spirit

Harris Finance Excellence-To honor excellence in financial management, this award was named in 1948 for Eleanor Abott Harris, Psi. Mrs. Harris served Alpha Delta Pi as Grand Secretary-Treasurer from 1934-1948 and as Director of Central Office when it was located in Berkeley, California. Mrs. Harris passed away in May of 1979. This award is given annually to the chapters who exhibit the highest excellence in financial management.

Diamond Four Point-An annual award honoring over-all chapter performance during the past year.

Achievement Award-This award is given each year to those chapters that receive the Diamond Four Point Award for the current and preceding year, earn 80% or higher on the current year Chapter Performance Evaluation, and show general improvement in chapter operations. The chapter must also have a membership that is at or above the Panhellenic Total, and meet certain financial requirements.

Sister Victoria Henderson won the title of Greek Goddess during Greek Week 2004 by answering several Greek Trivia Questions correct!

Alpha Delta Pi received a 3.5 GPA, in the Spring of 2003, out of all six of the NPC sororities on Brenau's campus ADPi was at the top!! 

At the 2003 convention in Houston ,TX The Lambda Chapter was awarded the following for accomplishments during the 2002-2003 school year!

VIRGINIA FRIESE JACOBSEN PANHELLENIC EXCELLENCE-

The Virginia Friese Jacobsen Panhellenic Excellence Award was presented for the first time at Grand Convention in 1995. Mrs. Jacobsen, Alpha Theta Chapter, served both Alpha Delta Pi as a delegate and the National Panhellenic Conference Chairman from 1973-1975. Mrs. Jacobsen was responsible for lobbying Congress to amend Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 to allow exemption for the membership of sororities and fraternities to remain single-sex organizations.  Criteria for this award include the receipt of all forms necessary for Panhellenic recognition, submission of extra materials with the Panhellenic Update, an excellent rating on the Alpha Delta Pi Panhellenic Award Point System, as well as evidence of chapter sponsored events designed to increase Panhellenic awareness.
